This page was designed for Au pairs who did NOT come to Germany with Au-fair.com. Due to the fact that we receive every week several calls for help from au pairs that came either without an agency or with an agency that simply does not care we created this form to speed up the process of getting in touch with us.
If you are in trouble - stay calm! We will support you, independent if we have a family for or not, we never let Au pairs down in need for help! We can inform you about your rights and what host families might expect from you and what not and what you can expect from them and what not.
Au pairs that did not come to Germany with us sometimes report that families use the argument of "law" to put pressure on them. The contrary is true - the law protects you strongly in Germany. We call you back and answer all your questions. Contact us if you just have a question in that area.
