How can Au-fair.com pay such a large amount for the referral of Au pairs?

We used to spend a lot of money on advertisement. Instead of making advertisement companies richer, we chose to share with you some real value for spreading the good word. Cool, huh?
We receive a (regular) counseling fee of about 50,- € per month. From this we have to keep the whole enterprise running. Still, we share the huge amount of 120,- € per year with you for just spreading the word. If thaaaaat is not a fair opportunity then we can't help
